YOGA & SOUND - A HEART JOURNEY

 

Through the integration of 3 practices - Yoga / Sound / Communication -, we will take you on a Heart Connection Journey.

Yoga is a moment to connect ourselves to the depth of our body, mind, and spirit. It supports us to drop into a place of relaxation and observation, allowing us to move beyond the limitations of our mind. In that place of openness, we allow the Sound Frequencies to pierce through and cleanse any negative energy, while at the same time it harmonizes our emotions and feelings.

With the support of both practices, we will open up into deeper spaces and have a true opportunity to connect with our hearts, closing with the invitation to express our hearts with others from that space- a space of truth, silence, and transparency.   

 SOUND - JOURNEY

Surrender and immerse yourself in this Journey to the Heart through Sound and Communication.

We will be led into a simple but deep meditation, where the invitation is to fall into our hearts | in our Being and connect with our truth. Bathed in the waves of Sounds we stay as the observer and drop into a space of silence, where we can experience the fullness of our true nature. From this neutral space, we practice to connect and communicate in a new way, the way of the Heart.
